What we process and why

• Contact form and booking calendar: name, e-mail, phone, need/budget band, your message and the meeting time — to answer your request, schedule the intro call and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: necessity for entering into a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c) and legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f).
• WhatsApp, phone and e-mail: your number/address and the content of the conversation — for the same purposes. Using these channels is your choice; the form and the calendar are always available.
• Site usage: page views, clicks, device and approximate location, ad click id (gclid, or oppref for ChatGPT ads) — to measure how the site and our ads perform (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and OpenAI ad conversion measurement, Vercel performance measurement). This data does not directly identify you to us.
• Newsletter: only if you tick the separate box in the form do we send our articles to your e-mail (explicit consent, art. 5/1). Every e-mail carries an unsubscribe link.

Who we share with, transfers abroad

Your data is not sold. The providers below process data only to deliver the relevant service; their servers may be outside Türkiye and transfers are made under the conditions of KVKK art. 9 (data processing agreements with the providers):

• Google (USA) — Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads: site and ad measurement.
• OpenAI (USA) — ChatGPT ads: measuring whether an ad click turned into an enquiry (browser measurement only if you accepted advertising cookies; for enquiries that came from a ChatGPT ad, the click reference and an irreversible hash of your email / phone).
• Calendly (USA) — booking calendar: name, e-mail, the time you pick.
• Meta / WhatsApp (Ireland–USA) — the conversation, if you choose to write on WhatsApp.
• Vercel (USA) — hosting of the site and anonymous performance measurement.
• The database holding our request records is hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt).

How long we keep it

Contact and booking requests: at most 2 years after the request is concluded; analytics data: at most 14 months in Google Analytics. Statutory retention duties are reserved.

Your rights (KVKK art. 11)

You may learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if it is, learn whether it is used for its purpose, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction if incomplete or inaccurate, request erasure or destruction under the conditions of art. 7, request that these operations be notified to recipients, object to a result against you produced solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage.
