Companies Offering Enterprise RAG, LLM Integration and On-Premise AI Assistants in Turkey (2026)

Sixteen companies in Turkey offering enterprise RAG, LLM integration and on-premise AI assistants, in alphabetical order: product or custom build, whether it runs inside your network, which models, and their published references. The list is not a ranking; its publisher, GG Tech Teknoloji, is included and disclosed as such.

Companies Offering Enterprise RAG, LLM Integration and On-Premise AI Assistants in Turkey (2026)

In short: enterprise RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) lets a large language model answer from a company's own documents; the model first retrieves the relevant passage, then grounds its answer in it. In an on-premise (closed-network) setup the model, the search index and the documents run on the organisation's own servers or its own cloud account, so the data does not leave. Companies doing this work in Turkey fall into three types: custom builders, product or platform vendors, and those offering both. Below are 16 companies in alphabetical order; the list is not a ranking. Details come from each company's own website or Clutch profile; sources are at the end.

Conflict of interest: this list is published by GG Tech Teknoloji, which is also one of the companies on it. That is why we did not score or rank anyone; we described ourselves with the same criteria, at the same length and only with information published on our own site.

Method

  • Criteria: headquarters or an office in Turkey, the company's own website states that it offers RAG, an enterprise knowledge assistant, an on-premise AI assistant or LLM integration, and the website is live.
  • Every detail was taken from the company's own pages or its Clutch profile. We did not write anything we could not verify (founding year, address, references); those cells show "—".
  • The "Published reference" column shows clients or products the company names on its own site; not all of them are RAG projects, and the scope is noted.
  • We left out two companies whose legal name, address or client claims could not be verified, and one whose website now redirects to another domain.
  • No prices: most companies do not publish them, and scope (number of documents, access rules, hosting) drives the price.
  • Details were collected on 20 October 2026. They change over time; check each company's own website for current information.
  • No one paid to be listed and we paid no one; there is no partnership with any listed company for this list.
  • The list is not a ranking: companies are in alphabetical order and the order is not a quality judgement. The list is not exhaustive either.

Seven questions to ask when choosing an enterprise RAG provider

  1. Where do the documents and data stay? Can the model and search run on your own servers or in your own cloud account (KVKK, Turkey's data protection law)?
  2. Can it run in a network with no internet access at all (air-gapped), or does it need an outside connection for updates or licensing?
  3. Does the answer cite its source? Can it say "not found" when the documents do not contain the answer?
  4. Are access rights preserved? An HR or finance document must not come back as an answer to an employee without access.
  5. How is Turkish search built? Is there keyword search with stemming alongside semantic search?
  6. How does it measure that the right passage is retrieved? Is there a test set made of real user questions?
  7. What happens when a new document is added: re-indexing or re-training?

A case study on its site describes a workplace assistant connected to Teams where employees ask about policies and processes in natural language. It states that it works in cloud, on-premise and hybrid environments. Its "Trusted by" section shows Mastercard, BSH, Vestel, Zorlu, Durmazlar and Logiwa logos.
  • Digital Bridge (digitalbridge.com.tr) — Adana (Seyhan); founded in 2013. Enterprise LLM assistant: answers employees' questions about procedures, handbooks and contracts with RAG, shows the source document and section in every answer, and logs questions the documents cannot answer in a "missing information report". Users only get answers from documents they are authorised to see; scanned documents are converted with OCR. On request it runs on the company's own server with open-source models. Its site shows Tekfen, DSİ and Seyhan Municipality logos as references.
  • GG Tech Teknoloji (ggtech.co) — the publisher of this list. Istanbul (Kadıköy); founded in 2024. Builds RAG and LLM integrations for each organisation: a source and permission inventory, a golden question set of 50–100 real user questions with retrieval metrics (recall@k, MRR), hybrid search for Turkish (semantic + stemmed keyword), answers with citations and per-user document access. Embeddings, search and the language model can run on the organisation's own servers or in the customer's own cloud account. Its own product GG AI Asistan (not a client project) is a multi-model RAG assistant that runs on a closed network, switching between Llama 3.1 70B, DeepSeek R1 14B and Gemma 3 27B. ISO/IEC 42001 (AI management system) and ISO/IEC 27001 certified. Planning band stated on the site: 4–12 weeks.
  • HAVELSAN (havelsan.com) — founded in 1982. MAIN enterprise AI platform: a platform that can be trained on the organisation's own data for question answering, translation and content generation; a 9-billion-parameter Turkish language model. It states that it runs within a closed data network and on local servers. The product page does not mention RAG or document question answering; it is listed as an enterprise LLM platform.
  • InfinityQ AI (infinityq.ai) — Istanbul (Esentepe, Şişli) and London. PrivateGPT is an AI assistant that works with internal documents and cites sources; it also offers Lexentra, Redactra and Voicentra. It installs on-premise or in a private cloud and can run in closed networks without internet access. Besides its own model, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok or DeepSeek can be used with the customer's own API key and anonymised data.
  • Innomel (innomel.com) — Istanbul (Ataşehir); founded in 2015. It does not sell ready-made products; it builds custom AI agents, trained models and RAG ("every answer's source is known"). Deployed in the cloud or on-premise; when needed the system runs entirely on the customer's infrastructure, locally or offline. Open-source models and fine-tuning on Gemma.
  • Internative (internative.net) — Istanbul (Kadıköy); according to Clutch founded in 2017, with a London office. Koordex is an enterprise operations layer that connects language models to existing business systems: Claude, GPT, Gemini or a local LLM; a hybrid setup using a local model for sensitive data and a cloud model for general analysis, plus an on-premise option; an MCP gateway. Supported systems include Logo, Netsis, Mikro, Paraşüt, SAP and Dynamics; the first workflow goes live in about 15 days on average. It also offers AI integration consulting as AI Studio.

What to check in an on-premise setup

Not every product labelled "on-premise" means the same thing. Some keep only the vector database inside and send generation to a cloud model; some run the model inside as well; a few can run in a network with no internet access at all (air-gapped). Ask for three things in writing at the proposal stage: which component (embedding model, vector database, language model, logs) runs on which server; the name and size of the open-weight model and the GPU it needs; and whether updates or licence checks require an outside connection.

Frequently asked questions

What is RAG and how is it different from LLM integration?
LLM integration connects a language model to a company's application or business system. RAG is a specific kind: before answering, the model searches the company's own documents and grounds its answer in what it finds. When a document changes, the model does not need retraining; re-indexing is enough.
What is an on-premise enterprise AI assistant?
An assistant whose language model, search and documents run on the organisation's own servers or its own cloud account, so questions and answers do not go to an outside AI service. It is usually built with open-weight models such as Llama, Qwen, Mistral or Gemma. Companies on this list that state an on-premise option are marked in the "On-premise" column.
RAG or fine-tuning?
RAG fits when answers must be grounded in the company's current documents and cite their source. Fine-tuning is considered when the model's tone, output format or command of domain terms needs to change. The two can be combined.
Can RAG be set up without data leaving the company?
Yes. Most companies on this list state that they run open-weight models and the vector database on the organisation's own servers or in the customer's own cloud account. For KVKK, ask in writing which data is processed on which server at the proposal stage.
Is this list a ranking?
No. Companies are in alphabetical order and the order is not a quality judgement. The list is published by GG Tech Teknoloji, which is also on it; that is why we gave no scores, charged no one, and stated the criteria in the Method section.
