On the candidate side there is a multi-step application form, photo and project image uploads, email verification, one-time sign-in links by email and password reset. On the employer side there are job posts, a candidate list and distribution charts per post, bulk actions, candidate folders and groups, team invitations and editable email templates. The interface runs in Turkish and English.
Understanding the Vision
Emlak Konut and UKX wanted one system for publishing openings, collecting applications and reviewing candidates. Because applications carry personal data, storing candidate details encrypted in the database was part of the job.

Client: Emlak Konut and UKX
Emlak Konut and UKX wanted a recruitment platform that gathers applications to their job posts in one place and lets employer teams review candidates together. We built and delivered that platform under the name Nextt.io.
The Problem
Job posts, applications and candidate review had to live in one system. Because applications carry personal data such as identity and contact details, those fields had to be stored encrypted in the database and still stay searchable.
Solution & Features
We built a Next.js web application with separate sign-in for candidates and employers. Candidates apply to job posts through a multi-step form; employers manage their posts, review candidates, sort them into folders and groups, and invite teammates.

Tech Stack & Architecture
Technologies:
Architecture: Full-stack web application on the Next.js App Router with API routes. Data lives in MongoDB (Mongoose); sensitive candidate fields are encrypted at field level with CipherSweet and stay searchable through blind indexes. Files are stored in AWS S3, sessions are handled by NextAuth, and public endpoints are rate-limited and CSRF-protected.
