How We Solved the Problem

Client: GG Tech Teknoloji — our own product (GG AI Assistant)
GG AI Assistant is GG Tech's own product. We built it for organizations that want an assistant for customer service and internal communication that queries their own knowledge base without sending company data to outside services. This is not a client project.
The Problem
Company knowledge usually sits in scattered documents, and employees and customers alike struggle to reach the right answer. Most off-the-shelf chatbots send company data to outside services, which organizations with data security requirements cannot accept.
Solution & Features
We built the GG AI Assistant Platform as our own product: multi-LLM support and RAG pipelines that query the organization's knowledge base. The platform is designed on a closed-circuit principle, connects to CRM/ERP systems through APIs and can be offered under a white label.
