Delivery and Return Policy (B2B & B2C)

Delivery Terms

  1. All software and digital services provided by GGTech are delivered electronically (via e-mail, secure link, user account access, or server installation) within the timeframe agreed upon in the order or project plan.
  2. Where phased delivery is agreed, each phase shall be deemed delivered and accepted separately upon completion.
  3. No physical shipment is required unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing.

Return / Withdrawal Terms

For B2C Customers (Consumers):

  1. In accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery, without providing any reason.
  2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content and software services once performance has started with the consumer's prior consent.
  3. Upon valid withdrawal, GGTech shall reimburse the payment within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the withdrawal notice.

For B2B Customers (Corporate Clients):

  1. The statutory right of withdrawal under consumer law does not apply.
  2. Cancellation or termination is only possible under the specific provisions of the service agreement signed between the parties.
  3. Services that have been delivered, implemented, or completed cannot be refunded.

Confidentiality & Privacy Policy (B2B & B2C)

  1. GGTech processes personal data of individual customers in compliance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698) and other applicable data protection laws.
  2. In B2B projects, all business information, trade secrets, codes, documents, and project deliverables exchanged are considered confidential information.
  3. Confidential information may not be disclosed, copied, or shared with third parties without the written consent of the disclosing party, unless disclosure is required by law or court order.
  4. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality for a period of 5 (five) years following the termination of the contract.
  5. GGTech may use cookies and similar technologies on its website and applications for the purpose of improving user experience.

Service Agreement / Distance Sales Agreement (B2B & B2C)

Parties

  • Service Provider / Seller: GGTech Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti.
  • Customer / Buyer: [Full Name & ID for Individual Customer] or [Company Name, Tax Number, and Authorized Representative for Corporate Client].

Subject

The subject of this agreement is the provision, delivery, and acceptance of software and digital services provided by GGTech, as specified in the customer's order, project plan, or invoice.

Scope of Services

  1. Software development, digital solutions, consultancy, maintenance, or support services as specified in the order or project specification.
  2. The detailed scope, technical requirements, and project deliverables shall be determined in a mutually agreed statement of work (SOW) or contract annex.

Price and Payment Terms

  1. Service fees shall be invoiced and paid in Turkish Lira (TRY) or foreign currency as specified in the invoice.
  2. Payments shall be made via bank transfer, EFT, or online payment system, unless otherwise agreed.
  3. In B2B contracts, statutory commercial interest may be applied in case of late payments.

QUALITY, INFORMATION SECURITY AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY

As the senior management of GG TECH TEKNOLOJİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ; the main theme of the systems established in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001:2022, ISO/IEC 9001 and ISO/IEC 42001:2023 ISMS (Information Security Management System), QMS (Quality Management System) and AIMS (Artificial Intelligence Management System) standards in the services of GG TECH TEKNOLOJİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ is to demonstrate that information security management is ensured within people, infrastructure, software, hardware, customer information, organizational information, all business operations, third-party information and financial resources, to safeguard quality and risk management, to measure the process performance of information-quality security and artificial intelligence management, and to ensure the regulation of relationships with third parties in matters related to customer satisfaction.

Within the Scope of Our ISMS Policy:

  • To ensure GG TECH information security through business processes as required against all kinds of threats that may occur internally or externally, knowingly or unknowingly, to meet legal and regulatory requirements, and to carry out continuous improvement activities,
  • To ensure the continuity of the three fundamental elements of the Information Security Management System in all activities carried out.
    • Confidentiality: Prevention of unauthorized access to critical information,
    • Integrity: Demonstration that the accuracy and integrity of information is ensured,
    • Availability: Demonstration that authorized persons can access information when needed,
    • Leadership and Commitment: Our senior management leads the establishment and implementation of ISMS and participates at the highest level in ISMS practices.
  • To address the security of all data, not only those stored electronically, but also those in written, printed, verbal and similar media.
  • To raise awareness by providing Information Security Management training to all personnel.
  • To report all actual or suspected information security breaches.
  • To prepare, maintain and test business continuity plans.
  • To identify existing risks by conducting periodic assessments on Information Security. To review and follow up on action plans as a result of assessments.
  • To prevent all kinds of disputes and conflicts of interest that may arise from contracts.
  • To meet business requirements for information accessibility and information systems.

Within the Scope of Our QMS Policy;

  • To ensure that all activities carried out within GG TECH TEKNOLOJİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, and all products and services offered, are managed in compliance with quality standards, in a customer-oriented, reliable and sustainable manner,
  • To systematically control the lifecycle of all processes (planning, design, procurement, production/service delivery, control, delivery and after-sales support stages),
  • To ensure the continuity of the fundamental principles of the Quality Management System in all activities carried out:
    • Customer Focus: To increase satisfaction by accurately analyzing customer needs and expectations,
    • Process Approach and Continuous Improvement: To measure, analyze and continuously improve process performance,
    • Risk-Based Thinking: To identify potential risks and opportunities and carry out preventive and improvement activities,
  • To guarantee the conformity of products and services to the specified requirements in terms of quality, reliability and regulatory compliance,
  • To provide regular training to employees on quality awareness, process management, documentation, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement,
  • To record identified nonconformities, conduct root cause analyses and carry out necessary corrective/preventive actions,
  • To periodically monitor and evaluate process performance, customer satisfaction and quality objectives,
  • To regularly evaluate supplier performance, set quality objectives and monitor the achievement of these objectives,
  • To ensure the effectiveness and continuity of the Quality Management System by fully complying with legal, regulatory and institutional requirements.

Within the Scope of Our AIMS Policy;

  • To ensure that all artificial intelligence systems developed, integrated or used within GG TECH TEKNOLOJİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ are managed in an ethical, safe, fair and transparent manner,
  • To systematically control the lifecycle of artificial intelligence systems (design, development, testing, deployment, use and maintenance stages),
  • To ensure the continuity of the fundamental principles of the Artificial Intelligence Management System in all activities carried out:
    • Ethics and Transparency: To ensure that decision-making processes are traceable and justifiable,
    • Reliability and Integrity: Demonstration that models produce accurate, unbiased and reliable results,
    • Accountability and Traceability: To ensure that artificial intelligence systems are managed by accountable persons and can be intervened,
  • To guarantee that artificial intelligence models operate in compliance with security, data privacy and integrity principles,
  • To provide regular awareness training to artificial intelligence development teams on ethical AI principles, data security, algorithmic bias and model traceability,
  • To report errors, biases or nonconformities detected in artificial intelligence systems to the AIMS team and carry out necessary corrective actions,
  • To periodically conduct performance, security and ethical compliance tests of artificial intelligence models,
  • To continuously evaluate the quality, accuracy and source reliability of datasets,
  • To analyze risks by considering the social, environmental and individual impacts of artificial intelligence applications and to maintain the responsible and safe use of artificial intelligence systems.
